Wow, a crazy week! On the 16th, mom had a scheduled MRI because she was having a REALLY BAD headache for 3 weeks straight. So she had the MRI done and the doctor came out and told us that she had a Subduralhematoma (sp?) and we needed to take her to the hospital. They rushed her to ER via ambulance and did some more tests....after the Angiogram they decided to do surgery. Poor mamma had two burr holes drilled into her scull to drain the blood that was on her brain. It had covered 1/3 of her brain and was about an inch thick. The surgery went well, and she is in recovery now.....God is good! Prayers will continually be needed for mom's health. We still do not know the cause of the bleeding, so let's just pray that she was healed and no more bleeding will happen!!!Oh, and mom had to have her head shaved....she looks hot, even without hair! :) LOVE YOU MOM!!!!

You are sooo right- God IS good and we will join you in prayer that your amazing mom is HEALED. I am sorry that you even had to go through this- we both know that life is short and we have to embrace every second of it. I hope your moms recovery is smooth and speady. Please give her a hug for me.
